In 2006, he released a remix for the UK’s Proto Acid House pioneer Egebamyasi (808 state, Depeche Mode), entitled Bam Frandisco (Fluid Groove Rec.), causing him to be noticed worldwide within the acid house community. After a slew of live appearances with Wisconsin’s Poor Boy Rich and Minneapolis’ Julian Rivera as Unit 303, he decided to go solo to return to the techno sound that influenced him.
In 2009, this lead to his next ep on Assimilation Recordings, Chasing Shadows. Allowing him to join prestigious company with the labels history of releases by Frankie Bones, Rob Gee and New Jersey’s Decibel Flekx, as the first Midwestern artist to join the roster. The ep, with a remix from Decibel Flekx, was breaking top 100 charts on Junodownload, and Beatsdigital with the release even receiving staff pic within the first week.
