We’re back!! Hope everyone had a happy and safe holidays and wish you the best of luck going into the new year! Starting off 2010 for us will be the fr- fr- fresh sounds of Brett B and a spontaneously incepted and wildly uplifting 30 minute mix of some of the most classic hip-hop jams ever created. We’re talking golden era stuff here, nothing but the best and the brightest, and it’s sure to make you throw your hands up and reminisce upon a simpler time when it wasn’t all about how much drugs you sold or how many people you’d shot.
Brett B is a young, fresh, and quickly upcoming DJ in the midwest club scene. What amazes me almost more than the excellent track selection is the fact that he wasn’t even born when most of these songs were being released. No worries on that front though because he is definitely a conneisuor and his quick and concise track selections are what makes this such an enjoyable albeit short musical journey. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention, the guy has turntable skills that would put most DJ’s to shame and he isn’t afraid to show ‘em off here!
